About Martin Pernikov

I’m an independent AI Systems & Automation Architect based between Pleven, Bulgaria and Lyon, France. I work on AI agents, n8n workflow automation and the cloud infrastructure supporting them.

I’ve followed AI since 2019 and have worked independently on AI systems and automation since 2024. I use AI coding tools alongside existing platforms to build and integrate systems, investigate problems and document solutions.

I speak Bulgarian, English and French, and share my work through project write-ups and public AI talks in Bulgaria.

What I work on

My work combines AI agents, workflow automation and self-hosted infrastructure. I decide how the parts should fit together, use AI tools to help implement them, and check the configuration and behaviour of the resulting system. The project pages distinguish existing tools from my integration and operational work.

How I work

I start with the task and the data it needs. I plan a small working path, implement it, check the result and write down the setup. When something fails, I use logs and configuration checks to isolate the cause. Those notes become a starting point for the next change.

What reliability means in my projects

I pay attention to access controls, credentials, failure handling and operating costs. Automated steps still need monitoring, and AI-generated information needs review. Each project write-up describes its scope and limitations rather than assuming that every task should run unattended.

I work independently. An earlier version of this site incorrectly described me as the founder of “1M-AI Solutions”; that description was inaccurate.
